What is used

- zynx-recent (localStorage) — Stores recently viewed catalogue items for the current browser. Duration: Until the customer clears site data. Strictly necessary for the catalogue browsing feature the customer uses.
- zynx-checkout-draft (sessionStorage) — Keeps an incomplete checkout form on this device during the session. Duration: Session. Strictly necessary to complete an order the customer started.
- zynx-checkout-idempotency (sessionStorage) — Prevents duplicate order creation if the payment button is used twice. Duration: Session. Strictly necessary to process the requested payment safely.
- zynx-destination (localStorage) — Remembers the selected delivery country for shipping estimates. Duration: Until the customer clears site data. Strictly necessary to quote delivery for the requested destination.
- zynx-cookie-preferences (localStorage) — Stores cookie and analytics preference, including objection. Duration: Until the customer changes it or clears site data. Strictly necessary to remember a PECR choice.
- zynx-contact-sent (sessionStorage) — Limits repeat contact-form submissions from this browser. Duration: Session. Strictly necessary to protect the contact form.
- zynx-research-token (sessionStorage) — Holds the laboratory-application token for this browser session. Duration: Session. Strictly necessary for the laboratory-account feature the organisation requested.
- zynx-order-access (httpOnly cookie (planned/used after lookup)) — Lets the same browser view an order the customer just looked up or paid for. Duration: Short-lived session. Strictly necessary to show the customer their own order.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics is a first-party event name only. It is not treated as an ICO statistical exception in this implementation, because that exception has conditions we have not documented as met. It therefore stays off until you accept it. Gated behind the analytics preference. A later tag manager must not load before this choice.
Payment providers
Fena or an approved card provider may set their own cookies on hosted payment pages. Those cookies are controlled by the provider, not by Zynx Biopharma.
