Returns, refunds and cancellation

This policy distinguishes change of mind, faulty or damaged goods, misdescribed products and missing deliveries. It does not say “no refunds” and does not assume every peptide is perishable.

Change of mind (distance selling)

For goods bought online, UK guidance states that a consumer can usually cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, then has another 14 days to return it, with a refund of the price and standard delivery within 14 days of the seller receiving the item back. A hygiene exception for sealed goods applies only where the law allows it and the seal has been broken. That exception is not asserted for every product here. Whether any listed material is perishable or excepted needs solicitor review of the actual SKU.

Use the cancellation form or the contact page. A postal returns address is not published. Send the notice through the contact form.

Before payment is confirmed

Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the order page after you look the order up. Reserved stock is released. Do not start a second payment while the first attempt may still be processing.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the listing, UK consumer law provides repair, replacement or refund routes. Contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. Do not assume a catalogue purity figure is a sterility or medicines claim.

Missing deliveries

Use the delivery help form. Courier waiting periods are only stated where a courier policy has been confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where the provider supports it. They are recorded as pending until the provider confirms completion. Statutory rights are unaffected.
