Dispatch does not start until payment is confirmed. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Current destinations, rates and working-day estimates are published on the delivery page. Configured UK standard rate: £3.95. Free UK threshold: £25.00. European rate, where enabled: £14.95.

Unpaid orders are ignored by fulfilment. Cold-chain or temperature-controlled shipping is not offered unless a specific product page says so. Customs, duties and brokerage for destinations outside Great Britain are the receiver’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland are not assumed to be identical for goods, VAT or medicines rules. Northern Ireland treatment will be stated once the seller’s fulfilment location is verified.
